The credit for my appointment to the board should really go to you. Having failed the previous year I was incredibly nervous about the interview and procedures, my mouth was dry and I was particularly anxious about the social events that I was also assessed on. I enjoyed visualising the interview panel as young school children with squeaky voices, I stood tall and felt relaxed at all the events and the whole process was almost enjoyable as I had turned it into myself ‘interviewing the panel’ rather than the other way round. It still amazes me how you helped to transform my mind – many thanks.
